How do I cancel a chargeback as a buyer?

Here's how to let us know that you'd like to cancel your chargeback from the PayPal website:

  1. Click Contact at the bottom of the webpage.
  2. Click Resolution Center on the top right.
  3. Find the transaction you filed a chargeback on, and click View under "Action" in "Resolution Center Cases."
  4. Select Cancel Chargeback Now.
  5. To complete the cancellation process you must contact your credit card issuer and ask them to cancel the chargeback.
